How to Delete Your Data via Facebook Account Settings

If you have authenticated through Facebook Login or interacted with the SCITW App on the Meta Platform, follow these step-by-step instructions to remove the application and request data deletion directly from Facebook:

Open Facebook Settings

Go to Apps & Websites

In the left-hand navigation menu, click on Apps and Websites to view all connected third-party applications.

Remove SCITW Application

Find Samrat Consultancy & IT World (SCITW) in the active list and click the Remove button.

Request Data Deletion

Under Removed Apps and Websites, click on SCITW and select Send Request. Facebook will ping our automated callback URL.

Automated Meta Callback Integration

When you remove our application on Facebook, Meta automatically sends a signed callback request to our endpoint (https://scitw.in/data-deletion-callback). Our server automatically records your request, assigns a unique Confirmation Code, and queues your data for permanent purging.

What Data Is Permanently Deleted

Upon verification and processing of your request, the following records are permanently erased:

WhatsApp Communication Logs: Inbound and outbound message text, conversation threads, media links, and Meta wamid message identifiers.
Contact Identifiers: Your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, email address, and personal contact profile stored across our CRM databases.
Inquiry & Support Records: Service quote requests, consultation booking entries, and customer support tickets.
Push Notification Tokens: Web push subscription endpoints and browser device tokens associated with your profile.

Statutory Legal & Accounting Exceptions

In accordance with Section 8 of the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) and prevailing taxation laws:

Statutory Invoices & Tax Records: Tax invoices, GST e-invoices, and financial ledger receipts must be preserved for seven (7) years under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act and Income Tax Act, 1961. These records are isolated, securely archived, and will never be used for marketing or communication.
Dispute Resolution Records: If an active commercial dispute or contractual arbitration is pending, relevant documentation is retained until the legal dispute is concluded by a competent court of law.
