If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using our services immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity) and Samrat Consultancy & IT World Pvt. Ltd. ("SCITW"), having its principal place of business at Civil Lines, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh - 222001, India.
SCITW delivers multi-disciplinary commercial, technology, and statutory consultancy solutions including:
- Custom Software & Web Development: Enterprise SaaS web platforms, mobile applications, institutional portals, and database architectures.
- Proprietary Enterprise Software: Ready-to-deploy solutions including School ERP systems, Hospital Information Management Systems (HIMS), and Diagnostic Pathology Lab Management software.
- Statutory & Corporate Consultancy: Income Tax (ITR) filing, GST registration and returns, Company Incorporation (MCA), NGO 12A/80G & NITI Aayog Darpan compliance advisory.
- Digital Advertising & B2B Partner Portal: Multi-channel marketing, partner agent management, and brand consultancy.
All project timelines, technical deliverables, and milestones are subject to individual written Work Orders, Quotations, or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) agreed upon with each client.
Our WhatsApp integration is governed by the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta Platform Guidelines:
- Customer Consent & Opt-In: By entering your phone number on our website forms or sending a message to our official WhatsApp number (
+91 9682231047), you explicitly authorize SCITW to send transactional, operational, and customer support notifications.
- Opt-Out Mechanism: You retain the absolute right to discontinue WhatsApp notifications at any time. Simply reply "STOP", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any automated message received from us. We will immediately honor your request.
- Anti-Spam Commitment: We prohibit the transmission of unsolicited promotional spam, deceptive financial promises, or abusive content through WhatsApp.
- Security Warning: SCITW representatives will never ask for your bank account passwords, UPI PINs, or confidential personal credentials via WhatsApp.
Users and clients agree to:
- Provide accurate, genuine, and legally valid contact details and documentation for inquiries and compliance processing.
- Refrain from attempting unauthorized access, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or executing cyber attacks (such as SQL injection, DDoS, or bot scraping) against our web servers and APIs.
- Not transmit any harmful, defamatory, or unlawful materials through our chat endpoints, ticket desks, or feedback forms.
All logos, trademarks, website source code, visual interfaces, diagrams, brand assets, and custom frameworks belonging to Samrat Consultancy & IT World are protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
Custom software code produced specifically for a client becomes the client's property only upon receipt of 100% final payment, subject to any retained underlying frameworks, third-party open-source libraries, or proprietary core modules explicitly specified in the project contract.
Service fees are communicated clearly via official Quotations or Invoices. Payments may be completed via authenticated UPI (smratconsultancy@sbi), NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, or authorized payment gateways.
- All commercial quotations are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Government of India regulations.
- Milestone payments must be settled within the agreed timeframe (standard net 7 to 15 days) following milestone verification.
- Delay in stage payments may result in temporary suspension of active development environments, software deployments, or support ticket processing.
We strive for complete client satisfaction, transparent billing, and fair dispute resolutions:
- Custom Software & Web Development: Initial advance fees cover project requirement architecture, UI/UX prototyping, and server provisioning, and are non-refundable once design and development work commences. If cancellation is requested prior to commencement, fees may be refunded minus an administrative charge of 10%.
- Statutory & Legal Filing Services: Government fees, portal application charges, and stamp duties paid to government portals (e.g. GSTN, Income Tax, MCA, NITI Aayog) are non-refundable under any circumstance.
- Defects & Warranty: Any software bug or defect identified within the contracted warranty period (standard 30 to 90 days from project handover) will be rectified without additional charges.
- Approved Refunds: Approved refund claims will be credited back to the original source bank account or UPI ID within 7 to 10 business days.
Our services and software are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we maintain rigorous quality standards and uptime monitoring, SCITW does not warrant that software operations will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted by third-party hosting outages, telecom failures, or statutory government portal downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, SCITW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or data loss resulting from software downtime or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure).
Our platform integrates with reputable third-party services including Meta Platforms, WhatsApp Cloud API, cloud servers (Hostinger, AWS), and banking gateways. Your use of these integrated features is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and uptime guarantees.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms, service agreements, or breach thereof shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent civil courts in Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
